By: Richard J. Runion

Thousands of article marketers submit their articles daily. A small proportion of them are successful, and an even smaller proportion are ranked by Search Engines (SEs) at the very top. Thus, hardly, if at all, a few articles that are posted in directories are ultra-successful; modest success is garnered by some, while most others are doomed to failure owing to several factors .

To what can we credit the success of the winning articles? Allow me to present my 'ready to use' reminder list, priority ordered. You may know many, if you are not a newbie to posting articles to directories. Nonetheless, there are surely some on my list that you are possibly hearing of for the first time.

For good or bad, the most precious commodity you have is your time. Many successful owners of online businesses refrain from doing the bulk of their work inhouse; they use their time for making strategic plans. Most of them hire outside writers to write and submit their articles.

It's absolutely essential for your articles to be submitted with frequency to directories. Ideally, many per day, with a minimum of one, weekly. If time is short, attempt to write articles yourself, while outsourcing their submission. If you have no time to pen your own articles, or if you have no interest or skills in writing, you had better outsource submission as well as writing.

Articles are like food- - business cannot thrive without them. Article writing and submission are ignored at the cost of your potential profits.

Here's wishing the very best to your article writing and submission!
