The power and weapons are included to the character details as the player needs to know what powers, weapons and spells can his warrior use and do.

Character details isnt something easy to create as if you create a lot of details delay might happen and the player may get lost also if you dont put enough details the player may loose or get lost.

To avoid this its better for you to always give the player the option if using or not using any option he likes, let him create his character or describe it but dont let that give the character more potentials, for more special powers give the player the ability of customizing them meaning let him use them whenever he likes and ignore them whenever he likes and dont forget the non combat action too they are also important.

Now a days the biggest buzz people are talking about and getting crazy over is online games, they are easier time saving and faster than computer games as you can still use the computer and internet when playing, they dont require high definition system software or any complicated stuff although some sophisticated strategic games needs updated strong plug ins.
