Creating a system is very important to the success of your network marketing business. Why do you need to do this? First, you need an automated system to recruit and sell products. This will free up your time for training team members and educating them about products. It will also give you time to think of more ways to promote and develop your business.

It is important to create a system that you can manage. This is because flexibility is the key to success in business and you need to have full control on your system. You can achieve this by developing your own system. You will then decide what sort of information and how much you will need to give your team members. When you develop your own system you can build good business relationships with your prospects and team members through mailers and autoresponder sequences. This will make sure that you have a strong and growing team.

Building your own marketing system: firstly you will start with your lead capture web site. The leads will be funneled into an autoresponder system. Mailers or autoresponder sequences can be set up to give information and a link at the bottom to join your opportunity. Once set up, your whole system will be automated and allow you to have a hands off way of collecting leads and converting them to team members. This will give you time to work out more marketing methods.

Duplicating your system: You can set up these autoresponder sequences for your team members so that they can duplicate your success. You can also help them set up lead capture pages on their websites. Once they have the system set up, they will also be able to capture and convert leads to be successful like you. Driving traffic to your system: Your system is only as good as the traffic you send to it. This means that it is critical to your success to drive large amounts of traffic to your site. There are several methods that you can use.

1. Article distribution: is one of the most effective ways to get quality traffic to your site. When you use this method you will get an increasing number of qualified leads to your site. If you submit to the article directories yourself you will be able to do this promotion for free.

2. Search engine submission: This is another way to bring warm ready to join leads to your site. All you need to do is to add a description Meta tag and a title Meta tag to your HTML. You will then need to be sure all your content is optimized. Then you will need to submit your site to the search engines. Do your keyword research well and you will gain many new team members.

3. Blogging: Blogging can drive targeted visitors to your website. Once they come they will soon become your leads and team members. If you start a blog at blogger.com you will be able to take advantage of Google's googlebots who crawl this site regularly. These little bots will follow your blog links and index your web pages within 48 hours.
