Suppose you want to revert and edit some of your creating in HTML, like you want to add some better effects than those that are provided in the template. That is difficult to do. That's because web design software does not keep making raw HTML as you proceed with the building of your website, but the code will be available to you only after the website has been published. Once your website is published, you have the HTML code, but at that point of time, making changes is not that easy.

Also, once the website is published, it is difficult to make use of some of the tools on web page design itself. Therefore, advancement of the website becomes very difficult once it is made. Building a website with web designing tools does want a lot of forethought and planning for this very reason.

Another thing is that you will not be able to build a very complex website with net objects and even other similar tools in the market. You work within the ambits these tools provide and since your scope is restricted. You can only make simple websites that allow for easy navigations within a few tabs. If you want to build a heavy-duty e commerce website, then these tools might not be helpful for you.
