People who lack computer skills are not dumb or slow learners, so let's get that out of the way before I go any further. Although computers are literally everywhere these days, there is still an outstanding number of folks who are computer illiterate, but why is that? Well, it's quite simple really. Firstly, the technology has advanced so quickly over the years that unless you are in an environment where you are forced into using this technology, there's little chance of keeping up with it except if you're what's often described to as a 'computer geek!
