For larger businesses and organizations, web development teams can include hundreds of workers (web developers). Less complex organizations may only need a single full-time or contracting webmaster, or secondary assignment to similar job positions such as a graphic designer and/or Information systems technician. Web development may be a team effort between departments as opposed to the responsibility of a designated department.
