Unless you’ve come directly from a life of solitude and had an arranged marriage last week, you probably know that the ladies appreciate receiving presents. Unlike men, who like useful presents, most ladies will be quite upset if you present them sewing machines, even if it does make their life much easier. For women, presents should be romantic and a bit mushy. It should enhance their perception of themselves. It should not be something that is related to office work. To them, that lessens its value. Most women will agree that the awesomest presents are those that are given without a reason. Just because you care for them. Not because they have an event like a birthday or a some special occasion. On those days a present is expected and thus it lessens some of its meaning. The most rememberable occasions are those where you bought them a low-cost, or worthless gift because you remembered of them, or missed them and you wanted to mark some special occasion (that may not really exist) like a first date anniversary, or the first time you danced. Something that has sentimental value will be highly valued and much more greatly rewarded.

While the unusual woman might enjoy watches, it’s still too useful. Shiny rings and earrings is always preferable, but unless you really know her fashion preferences, you can make an costly mistake which will not get the reaction it deserves. Does she like rubies over emeralds, diamonds over sapphires, stud earrings over long dangling ones? The permutations are infinite and unless you convince her fill out a questionnaire, you might fail to remember when you’re shopping for her. You're most likely to make a costly error under those glimmering lights and pretty sales ladies, who will undoubtedly ooh and ah over your choice of present and effort. Your spouse will often fake appreciation, but unless she really appreciates that particular piece, she’s really counting how much money you’ve wasted, and what a moron you are.

They might tell you they find such people and even strippers gross, but secretly they hide a passion for that sort of body and want the attention. Even something as simple as a g-string or a rhinestone panty can change the attitude of a lady whose primary goal for the past several years has been nuturing her family. Remind her that there’s more to life than just chores and relight the romance of when you first met.
