Creating completely passive alternate income hasn't been easy, and I can't say that I've achieved complete financial independence yet, but I'm definitely on my way there. I haven't been able to completely replace my salary income, but I'm earning enough passive income to pay for the my housing costs, food and have some spending money. The hunger to create passive income needs to be very powerful because initially it takes some time and a substantial amount of effort to ramp up. But so long as you stick your plan, you should be able to at least supplement your salary within a several months.
